Estate & elder law plans that actually protect your family

I'm Patrick Moberg—former litigator, now an estate planning attorney in Winter Park. I build plain-English plans that keep loved ones out of court and eligible for care without losing everything to nursing home costs.

After reviewing your intake, I'll email you a questionnaire. Once completed, you'll receive a calendar link to schedule your initial consultation.

How We Work

A straightforward process designed for busy families

1

Complete Intake

Fill out our brief intake form with your contact information and current planning documents. This helps me understand your situation at a high level.

2

Detailed Questionnaire

After reviewing your intake, I'll email you a comprehensive questionnaire tailored to your needs (estate planning or elder law). This gathers all the details I need to prepare.

3

Schedule Your Call

Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I'll send you a calendar link to book a 30-minute initial consultation (Mon/Wed) to discuss your goals and which plan fits best.

4

Engagement Letter

After our call, you'll receive an engagement letter outlining the scope of work and fees. Review, sign electronically, and we'll get started.

5

Drafting & Review

I prepare your customized documents. You'll receive drafts for review, and we'll schedule a signing appointment once everything is finalized.

6

Signing & Payment

Execute your documents with proper witnesses and notarization. Payment is due at signing. For estate plans, I'll guide you through funding. For elder law, we implement asset protection strategies.
